50 Million Pound Challenge 2008 Go, Get and Win Challenge Discoveries Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY.

  1. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter: 1) Visit the official website, 50millionpounds.com, thru July 11, 2008, register and select the Go, Get and Win link to participate in the Challenge Discoveries Contest. Each person who correctly answers the three questions listed will automatically be entered into a drawing to win one (1) $2,500 Visa Gift Card. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. CT, July 11, 2008. Or 2) On a 3x5 index card send your handwritten name and address to: 50 Million Pound Challenge, Go, Get, Win Challenge Discoveries Contest, Bldg. D-3, 1 State Farm Plaza , Bloomington, IL 61710. Each card must be sent and postmarked on or before July 11, 2008. Only one entry per person is allowed regardless of the method of entry. Duplicate entries, whether by method 1 or method 2 will not be counted. Sponsor is not responsible for card entries not received in time to be included in the drawing. All web entrants must have a valid E-mail address. All entries must have a date stamp of no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on July 11, 2008.

  2. Contest Start and End Dates: Contest begins 06/13/08 at 12:01 a.m. CT. Online entries can only be submitted on the official website. Contest ends 07/11/08 at 11:59 p.m CT. All entries (online and mail) must be date stamped or postmarked on or before this time.


  3. Eligibility: Contest open to legal residents of the State of Tennessee, age 18 or older by July 11, 2008. Sponsor; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “State Farm”); Tukaiz, LLC; advertising agencies of Sponsor or State Farm; and the employees, agents, and their immediate family and the household members of each of these entities, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor, State Farm, and advertising agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this Contest based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this Contest, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless Released Parties any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor, State Farm, and advertising agencies are not responsible for late, misrouted, unregistered, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Sponsor is not responsible for trying to determine the location of a winner beyond the information provided and contained within the databases of the official site or from the postcard entry received. Entries become the property of Sponsor. The official rules are posted on the official website. Void where prohibited by law.


  4. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Purchase of any of Dr. Ian Smith’s literature or books, or State Farm products or services will not improve odds of winning.


  5. Prize Details: Prize consists of (1) one $2,500 Visa Gift Card. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed. Prize is not transferable. Any federal and state taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prize become unavailable. All prizes will be awarded.


  6. Prize Delivery: Prize winner will receive prize by United States Postal Service or such other delivery service as the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select.


  7. Drawing and Awarding of Prize: Winner will be determined by selecting from among all eligible entrants one who has correctly answered the three questions in the Go, Get and Win Challenge Discoveries Contest featured on the official website or submitted a postcard entry. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all qualified participants in a drawing that will take place on or about July 18, 2008. The winner will be announced on July 21, 2008. Representatives of Tukaiz, LLC, will conduct the actual drawing for the prize. The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to this Contest are final. Winner is responsible for any and all state or federal taxes. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded. Winners agree that their names or likeness may be used for advertising and publicity purposes in conjunction with this promotion without additional compensation (except where prohibited).


  8. Liability for Use of Prize: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Released Parties will be released and held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related in any way or sustained in connection with participation in this contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. The Released Parties are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of prize.


  9. Trademarks: Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used for identification purposes only.
