NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY.

  1. How To Enter: There are two ways to enter. 1) Visit the official website, 50millionpounds.com, between April 19, 2008, and April 25, 2008 and update your weight on your personal weight tracker. You may update as often as you like, but only one update per day will count as a sweepstakes entry. Or 2) Send your name and address clearly printed by hand on a 3x5 index card to: 50 Million Pound Challenge, Anniversary Celebration Sweepstakes Week 3, Bldg. D-3, 1 State Farm Plaza , Bloomington, IL 61710. Only one entry allowed per card and each card must be sent separately. Please see Rule 5 for additional details concerning prizes. All web entrants must have a valid E-mail address.

    Promotion Start and End Dates: Promotion begins on April 19, 2008, at 12:01 a.m. CST and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST, April 25, 2008.

  2. Eligibility: Promotion open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older on April 19, 2008. Employees and Agents of Sponsor, employees of Agents of Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor and its affiliated parent company, and advertising agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

  3. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Purchase of a State Farm product will not improve odds of winning.

  4. Prize Details: One lucky winner will be selected on April 28, 2008. The prize winner will be announced on April 29, 2008. The prize consists of one (1) 8 gigabyte iPhone. A phone plan is not included. (Approximate retail value is $399.00.).

    No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Prizes are not transferable. All federal and state taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prize become unavailable. All prizes will be awarded.

  5. Prize Delivery: Prizes will be mailed to winners using a reputable courier service.

  6. Awarding of Prize(s): Awarding of prizes will be conducted by representatives from a third party vendor. The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to this promotion are final. The prize winners will be notified by email. Prize notification e-mails returned as undeliverable will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Winners agree that Sponsor may use their names or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

  7. Miscellaneous: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Promotion should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. With respect to computer entries, sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Promotion and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated entries shall result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Promotion entries) who tampers with the entry process.

  8. Liability for Use of Prize: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and its respective parent, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, Tukaiz LLC, and each of their respective directors, employees, and agencies will be released and held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related in any way or sustained in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse, of the prize. The Sponsor has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

  9. Trademarks: Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used for identification purposes only.

  10. List of Winner(s): For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to State Farm Marketing, Anniversary Celebration Sweepstakes Week 3 Winners List, One State Farm Plaza, Bloomington, IL 61710 by July 31, 2008.
